Product Sales Manager - Virtualization

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO

Product Sales Manager focuses on the offer of products, business development, closure of sales and support and development of channels for the assigned brands.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

 

  • Responsible for team alignment of assigned vendor/s (Channel Managers, PSM, PSS)
  • Be up to date with the assigned Vendors Sales certifications
  • Responsible of quota per assigned vendor/s
  • Develop a Business Plan per vendor/s per Q and fiscal year
  • Maintain the relationship with both the Sales and Channel team at the vendor/s
  • Develop and maintain the relationship with the Account Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing, Purchase Dpt at the partners
  • Plan demand generation activities and trainings with the Vendors/Channels to create Pipeline and Forecast
  • Plan with the internal Adistec Education team a course calendar aligned with the customer needs 
  • Coordinate priorities and agenda with the SE/s
  • Follow up on Special deal/projects
  • Report & follow-up of the Forecast/Pipeline with the Commercial Manager and the Vendor
  • Complete the assigned Sales Certifications
  • Manage & Train our channels on the Vendors tools
  • Manage & Train Channels in the vendors Channel Programs
  • Understand  how to configure licenses/HW to be able to quote correctly
  • Quote and follow up transactional business 
  • Keep track of partner/vendor credit status
  • Quote & Manage renewals
  • Train partners on how to send the purchase orders correctly (EndUser Info, etc…)
  • Process, follow up and track the PO's
  • Coordinate delivery and special billing (when applies)

PERFIL DEL PUESTO

Education

  • Graduate or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field

Experience

  • 3+ years’ sales experience in the datacenter (storage, software, etc.) industry
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the commercial atmosphere preferable in the technology sector
  • Aggressive selling approach and yet be a good team player
  • 2+ years of experience with lead generation and sales closure.
  • Strong exposure on handling the assigned Market.
  • Fully competent in own area of expertise

Language

  •  Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English) 

Technology Requirements

  • ERPs (Preferentemente)
